#Baking - an instant way to make the house smell good

The best gingerbread ever! From a German recipe that includes ground cardamom, cloves and some cocoa (As well as the usual suspects) its all mixed in a saucepan over the stove and left to "thicken" for an hour or two before being kneaded and cut. I love LOVE ginger - and this beautifully spiced biscuit is something special.
